01The moment that matters

Joe needs a consultation. Your team needs the whole picture.

01

Start with the person

For your customer, it starts with a date.

A clear request captures the service, time and details. Email verification comes before your team makes the booking decision.

Service selected · request verified · staff review

Verified booking requests

Customers request a service and verify their email. Your team reviews the details before confirming.

People, spaces and equipment

Plan the people, rooms, equipment, services, closures and capacity each booking needs.

02

Reveal the operation

Behind one date, a whole team lines up.

People, spaces, equipment and service capacity belong in the same plan, so your team can see what it takes to keep the promise.

03

Bring it together

One decision, with the whole picture.

Review the request, allocate resources and agree the commercial route. Approvals, quotes and payments stay attached to the booking.

Staff decision · quote or payment · activity trail

Payments without guesswork

Send payment requests, record cash or bank payments, and keep adjustments and refunds with the right booking.

Daily operational coordination

Manage recurring bookings and cancellations. Connect calendar subscriptions or Microsoft 365 delivery where configured.

03AI, with a useful job to do

Make room for better preparation and follow-up.

Our experts can plan an Agent Studio workflow around the repeatable work surrounding your bookings. Bookings handles the availability, resources and staff decision; the agreed agent handles its own part of the preparation.

Booking System

Your people. Your workspace.

The FBTL Portal
01

Bookings + Website

Offer the request journey directly from the customer-facing site without creating a disconnected brand experience.

02

Bookings + Forms

Collect the right pre-booking or follow-up information while keeping its delivery and ownership visible.

03

Built to grow by industry

The shared core is designed for future restaurant, hotel and pet-care modules. These are expansion directions, not features claimed as live today.

05Build the right plan

Scope the booking operation you need.

Cost is shaped by the booking model and the work around it—not simply the number of calendar links.

Managed activation · operational configuration · optional payments and integrations

The useful details

A few things worth knowing.

Is this only for one-to-one appointments?

No. The system can coordinate venues, rooms, people, equipment and services, including request-to-confirm workflows where staff need to review availability or suitability.

Can staff add bookings received offline?

Yes. Staff can create internal bookings, including recurring series, while keeping customer communication and commercial handling explicit.

Does it replace our Microsoft 365 calendar?

Keep Bookings as the working record. Where configured, events can be delivered to Microsoft 365 or viewed through a calendar subscription. A subscription is one-way.

Which industries will the Booking System support?

The shared booking core already models services, people, spaces, equipment, capacity, customer types, quotes and payments. Restaurant, hotel and pet-care experiences are planned expansion directions; each specialist module will be described as available only after its industry workflow is built and verified.
